Crafted Highlights:
The Technician - Packaging Craft Trainer role, located in Golden, CO, is responsible for using the Education and Training Pillar standards to execute technician level training and drive consistency in the learning experience across the site.

In this role, you will also be responsible for communicating effectively with trainees, other trainers, hiring managers and Education and Training Pillar members.

This role follows a Monday-Friday schedule, but the candidate must be willing to work flexible hours and have the ability to work all shifts as needed based on business demands.
What You'll Be Brewing:
Facilitate Training Process and Enable Qualification Use and model Education and Training standard training approach to facilitate and support classroom and/or On-The-Job training as assigned Assess and provide feedback on new hires skills Help support/schedule needed trainings with the support of L&D Work with the packaging craft tram to understand what training support is needed Education and Training Pillar Initiative Support and Coordination Provide basic coordination of training logistics/schedules as assigned Assist with new hire onboarding or other plant wide live/classroom learning initiatives Build capability in core Education and Training pillar work processes Create, update and provide input to documents Use standard documentation Identify and communicate changes/inconsistences job aids, work instructions Support and provide input/subject matter expertise in development of classroom training materials
Key Ingredients:
Minimum Technician 2 qualified in assigned department (i.e. brewing, packaging), prefer Equipment Owner qualified Must gain proficiency in ET Pillar Trainer step up card Must demonstrate interest in helping people to improve the culture and brewery metrics Must demonstrate proficient in accessing/operating core computer software and systems (People Central, EIT, SAP, etc.) Must demonstrate proficiency in providing peer to peer coaching Demonstrates ability to coach and give feedback to leaders Demonstrates ability to give and receive feedback with a positive attitude and growth mindset Models adherence to EHS/Quality standards and guidelines Models adherence to/follows standard operating procedures
