ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Responsibilities include:

Blending of liquid chemical products using SOPs

Blending of powder chemical products using SOPs

Blending of food grade chemical products using SOPs

Repacking chemicals from totes/drums into pails and cases.

Mix and package D-Foam

Pulling, staging and loading of products using SOP's

Receiving products using SOP's

Bulk Receiving process using SOP's

Enter data, print labels, and follow processes within the company ERP system

Helping to control inventory by ensuring accurate posting of batches and assisting with inventory cycle counting

Proficiency in developing and communicating production planning process We are an

All positions require the following:

• Maintaining an awareness of and following procedures
  
• If procedures fail to result in desired outcome notifying supervisor
  
• Being involved in updates to procedures and suggesting improvements

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1 years of manufacturing experience

Exceptional organization and decision-making skills.

Must be at work and on time consistently

Must be able to follow detailed instructions to produce products

Must be able to stand all day, lift 75 pounds frequently, move, bend, and manipulate machinery to blend chemicals

Ability to promote and maintain a safe work environment.

Forklift certification and/or training

Demonstrated experience leading change and driving improvement.

Ability to understand and effectively relate to employees at all levels. Can promote a climate of positive employee relations.

Proven skill in projecting confidence, working collaboratively, and earning trust.

Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels within organization.
