Operate and maintain various 3D printing machines for titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, and cobalt chrome materialsEnsure Quality Excellence:
Maintain adherence to strict quality control procedures to deliver flawless end products consistentlyPerform Preventive Maintenance:
Execute routine maintenance tasks to keep machines running smoothly and minimize downtimeTroubleshoot Operations:
Identify and resolve potential issues with builds to maintain production efficiencyMaintain Work Environment:
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsDrive Team Collaboration:

Comprehensive Training Program:
Participate in daytime training on 1st shift (6am-2:30pm) for up to 4 weeks during your initial training period Qualifications What You Will Bring Education HS Diploma or GED required. Experience Mechanical aptitude and interest in advanced manufacturing technologies. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and precision. Ability to safely lift, move, and carry materials, equipment, and production components weighing up to 50 pounds as part of routine manufacturing operations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control processes. Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to follow precise instructions in a manufacturing environment. This position serves the Manufacturing Team, which includes the need to work on export controlled products from aerospace and defense customers.
