If you enjoy hands-on work, working with tools, and seeing exactly what you accomplished at the end of the day, our Assembly Technician position may be a great fit. At Accu-Precision, we manufacture high-precision components for aerospace, defense, and high-tech industries using advanced CNC machining and modern manufacturing systems. Our shop is clean, climate-controlled, and built for focused, high-quality work. Our Assembly Technicians take precision-machined components and bring them together into completed assemblies. This work requires patience, accuracy, and attention to detail. From drilling and fastening to riveting and applying surface protections, you'll work from detailed instructions and drawings to ensure every assembly meets exact specifications. What We're Looking For You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for people who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and willing to learn. You may be a great fit if you: Enjoy detailed, hands-on work Are comfortable working with hand tools and measuring equipment Can follow written instructions, drawings, and established processes Have strong attention to detail and take pride in quality workmanship Are patient and precise when completing repetitive or detailed tasks Can work independently while also contributing to a team Are willing to learn new skills and manufacturing processes Why Accu-Precision? Compensation:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour,
DOE Schedule:
