• Job Responsibilities
• + Set up, operate, and monitor automated and semi-automated production equipment.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.

+ Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques.

+ Make machine adjustments to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

+ Utilize hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.

+ Assist with light electrical assembly and troubleshooting as needed.

+ Maintain accurate production documentation and records.

+ Follow cleanroom procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.

• Qualifications
• + Previous machine operation, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions. + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. + Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + High school diploma or equivalent.
