Machine Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $18.00 to $19.44 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 02:30pm to 11:00pm) Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines according to established safety and operational procedures. Load raw materials into machinery and unload finished products efficiently. Perform meticulous visual inspections of molded parts to identify and remove any defects, ensuring quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor promptly. Assist with basic packaging and preparation of finished products for shipment

Machine Operator Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with visual inspection and quality control processes. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of the 8-hour shift. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to perform a combination of sitting and standing depending on machine being operated.
