Key Responsibilities Operate machinery to manufacture medical nails and screws Load metal rods into machines and monitor for proper function Package medical devices in a cleanroom environment Operate labeling and packaging equipment Ensure all products meet strict quality standards before advancing to the next stage Qualifications Experience in machine operation or packaging preferred, but not required Familiarity with cleanroom environments and sterile handling procedures Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn Knowledge of ISO 8/9 Cleanroom standards is a plus Why Join Us Immediate start dates available Clean, organized facility with indoor cafeteria and outdoor break areas Regular food trucks and safety incentive programs Complimentary steel-toed boots/shoes every six months Opportunities for advancement and performance-based raises Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monument, CO.
