Entry-Level Machine Operator Our team is seeking Entry-Level Machine Operators to join our Monument, Colorado facility. In this role, you will operate manufacturing equipment producing precision medical nails and screws that support patient care around the world. • 10:00 PM | $18.

70/hr 3rd

Shift:

9:30 PM

• 6:00 AM | $19.

55/hr Key Responsibilities Load metal rods into manufacturing equipment (standing, bending, lifting required) Operate production machinery according to established procedures Package medical device products in a cleanroom environment Operate labeling and packaging machines Transfer completed product to Quality Control Follow safety, quality, and cleanliness standards at all times Qualifications Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced, loud manufacturing environment Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple areas Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00
