The job will consist of intense "hands on" shop floor interaction. Candidate should have a good general computer skills and the ability to communicate well with all departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to read and write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, and other written procedures. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization. Must be able to perform basic math skills Basic Computer Skills Must follow all Standard Operator Procedures Previous experience in a light manufacturing/assembly environment preferred. Solid verbal communication, listening, and priority setting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and juggle multiple priorities. Ability to relate well with people from diverse groups. Flexibility to perform other assigned tasks Flexibility to work weekends, cover shifts and overtime Follows standard safety procedures, regulations, processes and policies. Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Works near moving mechanical parts and precarious places, and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, or risk of electrical shock.
