In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial machinery to produce high-quality components and finished products. Your expertise will help ensure smooth production processes, adherence to safety standards, and precision in every task. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to a thriving manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor various manufacturing machines including CNC machining centers, stamping presses, press brake machines, CNC lathes, milling machines, and flexo presses to produce parts according to specifications. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to set up and adjust machinery accurately. Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, shop math, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards are met. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks on machinery in compliance with safety standards in production. Handle materials and tooling safely using appropriate materials handling techniques and hand tools. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, packaging finished products, and ensuring efficient workflow. Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC machines (including CNC programming and CAM programming), stamping presses, press brakes, CNC lathes, or milling machines within a manufacturing facility. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), SolidWorks CAD software, and industrial troubleshooting tools is highly desirable. Ability to read shop math, use precision measurement instruments such as micrometers and calipers, and perform factory-level quality inspections based on GD&T standards. Experience with materials handling equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred) is a plus. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace. Basic math skills for calculations related to machine operation and fabrication processes.
