We are looking for a skilled SMT Operator who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and thrives in a high-tech environment. High SchoolResponsibilities Manage the full SMT assembly lifecycle, including screen printing, 3D solder paste inspection, pick and place, reflow ovens, X-ray, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI). Execute setup and changeover duties specifically for Universal pick and place machines. Monitor and replenish electronic components onto feeders across multiple machines to maintain continuous production. Perform in-process visual inspections and initiate first-article processes for all electronic assemblies. Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to provide real-time data for root cause analysis and process optimization. Act as a versatile team member, providing backup support for other SMT Operators, Material Handlers, and AOI operators as needed.
