If you're reliable, dedicated, hands-on, and ready to work, we want to hear from you! The assembly worker is responsible for assembling metal and plastic components, operating machinery, and ensuring product quality in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble metal products according to specifications, blueprints, or work instructions Set up and operate production equipment, including rivet machines Use hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently Inspect products to ensure quality standards and consistency; troubleshoot and report issues Maintain production records, including logs for output, maintenance, and quality concerns Perform inventory checks on tools, parts, and supplies; request replenishment as needed Clip lock bars using manual and automated methods Sort and package finished products, including injection-molded parts Package completed goods for shipment Maintain production efficiency and meet established performance targets Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as required Additional Duties Perform other related duties as assigned; responsibilities may change at any time Qualifications & Skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical documentation Strong attention to detail and consistency in work output Basic math, reading, and writing skills Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability for equipment or process issues Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team Work Environment Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, tools, and production processes Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Able to traverse the entire production facility Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination Required use of personal protective equipment (e.g., gloves, safety glasses) Company offered benefits: 401(k) with matching Employee assistance program Employee discount program Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending account Health savings account Life insurance Short Term Disability insurance Voluntary Long Term Disability insurance Paid time off Vacation Paid Holidays
