Pay:

$20.00•$22.00/HOUR Position Overview We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, thrive in a team setting, and consistently meet production and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery safely and efficiently Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure quality standards are met Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting as needed Inspect finished products for accuracy and defects Maintain a clean,anized, and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Follow allpany policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Qualifications Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Strong attention to detail andmitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Pay Details:
