Job Description

Job Overview Join our team as an Operations Crew member and play a key role in delivering high-quality live events. This position is hands-on and fast-paced, supporting the setup, execution, and breakdown of events of all sizes. From staging, pipe & drape, tables & chairs, etc. Also warehouse prep and transportation, you'll be part of the team that brings events to life. Our crew takes pride in creating seamless, professional environments that elevate the guest experience and support our clients' success. Key Responsibilities / Duties Set up and break down event equipment including: Staging.

Pipe & drape, tables & chairs, backdrops, basic set elements, and signage. Load and unload trucks with event equipment and materials. Prep and restock event equipment and materials Drive and operate a 26FT box truck and Sprinter van to and from event sites. No CDL is required but we do want someone with experience driving a 26FT box truck. Assist with otherwarehouse operations projects. Maintenance and basic repairs Grow to lead a crew to follow event layouts, diagrams, and supervisor direction to ensure accurate setups Maintain a clean,organized, and safe work environment onsite and in the warehouse Work collaboratively with team members, project managers, and clients Adhere to all safety procedures and report any issues or damaged equipment Skills Ability to perform physical labor , including lifting 50+ lbs regularly Experience with event setup, staging, or production is preferred (but not required) Comfortable driving large vehicles Strong work ethic and reliability—shows up on time and ready to work Ability to work long hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends. Schdule shifts depending on event schedule. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Basic mechanical aptitude (tools, equipment handling, assembly) Valid driver's license required Clean background as we work with education institutions and government agencies that require a clean background check. Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
