• Optimize electroplating processes (nickel, chrome, zinc, gold, anodizing) for quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot defects (pitting, burning, adhesion, thickness issues) and implement solutions
• Monitor and adjust bath chemistry to maintain consistent production performance What You'll Do
• Improve processes, reduce defects, and support production goals
• Partner with quality and operations teams
• Support new product launches and validate processes

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field
• 3+ years of electroplating or surface finishing experience
• Strong understanding of plating chemistry and electrochemical processes Nice to Have
• Experience with automated/PLC plating lines
• Lean or Six Sigma experience
• Knowledge of

ASTM/ISO
