Job DescriptionThis role is a great fit for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude who are looking to translate their hands-on technical skills into a rewarding career in pharmaceutical manufacturing. You'll have opportunities to operate, troubleshoot, and support complex manufacturing equipment while contributing to the production of products that make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Generate, support, and execute manufacturing documentation, including:

Batch recordsLogbooksLabelsCheck sheetsProtocolsChange controlsQuality tracking systems (QTS)Perform manufacturing activities to convert raw materials into intermediate products.

Process intermediate materials into final patient-ready product presentations.

Set up manufacturing equipment and ensure required documentation is completed accurately.

Support the operation and upkeep of a classified manufacturing environment.

Complete operator care tasks associated with the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

Generate, manage, and report operational performance data.

Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.

QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Associate's Degree Valid Driver's license required2+ years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment such as GMP, ISO, etc. Physical requirements: standing, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting upward of 55 pounds may be required. Must be able to wear appropriate PPE (i.e,. daily uniform, safety glasses, respirators, and full protective suits) when necessaryDemonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues beyond routine operation.
