Core Responsibilities Troubleshooting:

Fix point-of-sale (POS) registers, drive-thru headsets, and digital order screens.

Maintenance:

Run scheduled software updates, OS upgrades, and equipment checks.

Installation:

Set up new tech hardware and manage cables properly.

Travel:

Drive between multiple local franchise restaurants to provide on-site support.

Job Requirements Physical:

Lift up to 50 pounds of hardware equipment.

Schedule:

Flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, or weekends for system upgrades.

Travel:

Reliable personal transportation to visit different store locations.
