GED Full Job Description Compensation:
$23.55 per hour to start. (After the first year worked, pay increases to $26.49. After the second year worked, pay increases to full collective bargaining rate of $29.44.)
Schedule:
This position requires flexibility with scheduling. This is a vacancy relief position that requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and daily OT. (Hours will vary based on the business needs and vacancies within the schedule.) Training will be 1st shift, 5:30am-2pm.

Job Description The Machine Operator is responsible for operating various manual and automated equipment in the production process. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Set up machinery for production and ensure all necessary materials are available Operate and monitor production equipment and replenish materials as needed Visually inspect production run and document results Determine and report malfunctions to the appropriate parties Maintain clean and safe work areas at all times Adhere to all company policies and procedures Job Requirements High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred 1-3 years of general work experience required 1+ years of prior warehouse or production experience preferred Previous experience within a high-speed industrial environment and/or knowledge of industrial technology a plus Must have the ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Benefits & Perks Eligible employees may have access to a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, life insurance, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, scholarship opportunities, and more.
