• Immediate Start Precision Lumping Services is hiring experienced, hard-working Production Lumpers / Trailer Unloaders for our operation in [Windsor, CT] .

We are hiring ASAP for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts. Exact shift times vary by location and will be discussed during the interview. This is a fast-paced, physical warehouse position for individuals who are motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a production-based environment. We are looking for people who take pride in working hard, moving quickly, and getting the job done safely and correctly. What You'll Do Unload floor-loaded trailers and containers Sort, stack, palletize, and stage freight Maintain a strong and consistent production pace Follow proper stacking and pallet patterns Keep work areas clean and organized Work closely with Leads and warehouse leadership Help the team complete as many containers as safely possible during the shift Pay Production-Based Pay This is an opportunity for motivated workers who want their production and performance to matter. Production-based compensation Weekly pay Consistent work available Opportunities for advancement into Lead and leadership positions What We're Looking For Experience is strongly preferred in: Container unloading Trailer unloading Lumper / production unloading Warehouse loading or unloading Shipping and receiving Distribution centers Palletizing Fast-paced physical labor You must be: Dependable and punctual Physically capable of repetitive lifting and physical work Comfortable working at a fast pace Team-oriented Safety focused Able to work the entire scheduled shift Ready to work and willing to produce Experienced Lumpers Wanted If you have previous experience unloading floor-loaded trailers or containers, we especially want to speak with you. Experience working under a production-based or piece-rate pay system is a plus. Don't have direct lumper experience but have a strong background in fast-paced warehouse, moving, loading/unloading, construction, or other physical production work? We still encourage you to apply.
