Job Description

Employment Solutions is hiring Machine Operators in Marlborough, CT! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a consistent Monday-Friday day shift working in a plastic injection molding manufacturing environment.

Marlborough, CT Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines Remove and handle molded plastic parts Perform visual quality checks for defects Follow production and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet production and quality standards
Requirements:
Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Plastics or injection molding experience a plus Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. #IND2
