Job Overview We are seeking motivated and technically skilled Manufacturing Technicians to join our dynamic team on both 1st and 3rd shifts. As a key contributor, you will operate, troubleshoot, and maintain complex machinery while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Your expertise in mechanical systems and precision measurement will drive efficiency and excellence in our production processes. Responsibilities Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment including press brake machines, CNC lathes, injection molding machines, extrusion systems, and robotic automation systems. Perform setup, calibration, and routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments and dimensional measurement techniques to verify product specifications. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues using engineering troubleshooting methods and hand tools. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in assembly processes and materials handling to support continuous production flow. Document production activities, quality checks, and machine maintenance logs accurately for compliance and process improvement. Requirements Proven hands-on experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC machines, plastics blow molding, plastics injection molding, extrusion equipment, or similar industrial systems. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot engineering problems related to industrial equipment. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation control systems. Experience with robotic systems used in manufacturing processes. Ability to perform precision measurements and use measurement tools for quality control purposes. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely within a manufacturing setting. Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments. Knowledge of safety protocols related to industrial equipment operation and materials handling. Warehouse experience is a plus, especially involving materials movement and inventory management.
