Machine Operator - 1st Shift Milford, CT $20 hr | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Temp-to-Hire Opportunity A manufacturing company in Milford is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to run equipment, monitor production, and ensure quality standards are met. This role requires both hands-on machine operation and basic computer-based tracking.

What You'll Do:

Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery Inspect finished products for quality Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Assist with general production tasks as needed Enter and update production data in computer systems

Requirements:
