$18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Shift:

Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM Push Buttons, Pull Levers, Cash Paychecks No fluff, no fancy talk — just steady work for a steady hand. This Machine Operator job comes with weekly pay, benefits, and a team that's got your back!

Requirements:

Basic math skills Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, safety rules, and procedure manuals Strong attention to detail and quality standards Understanding of deburring, sanding, polishing, and removing excess material from manufactured parts Ability to use basic precision measuring tools High degree of manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to work under a microscope for up to 8 hours per day Ability to follow standardized work procedures and supervisor instructions

Job Duties:

Use small hand tools to deburr, sand, and polish complex manufactured parts Remove scratches, burrs, and excess material to meet quality standards Operate automated tumbling equipment during the manufacturing process Read and follow shop job travelers and production instructions Use precision measuring tools to verify part specifications Track production times and communicate delays to supervisors Inspect parts for cosmetic and quality issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements
