Overview We are seeking a motivated Embroidery Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines to create detailed logos and designs on garments. Your expertise will ensure that each product meets our quality standards and delivery deadlines, contributing to our reputation for excellence in apparel manufacturing. Responsibilities Set up and operate embroidery machines with precision, ensuring accurate placement of designs on garments Load and unload fabric or garments onto the embroidery machine, adjusting settings as needed for different designs Monitor machine performance throughout production runs, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards at all times Inspect finished products for embroidery quality, ensuring designs are correctly aligned and free of defects Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules to meet daily output targets Assist with basic garment construction tasks when necessary, supporting overall manufacturing efficiency Skills Strong knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques Experience operating sewing machines or embroidery machines in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with sewing processes, including threading, tension adjustments, and troubleshooting machinery issues Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting while maintaining attention to detail Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory handling and workflow organization Excellent manual dexterity and visual acuity for precise embroidery work Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and improving processes
