We're hiring a dependable Machine Operator to join a growing Shelton manufacturing team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the chance to become a permanent employee.

What You'll Do:

Operate manufacturing machines according to production requirements Load materials and monitor the machine during production Make basic adjustments as needed Inspect finished products for quality Follow production instructions and safety procedures Keep your work area clean and organized Report any machine or equipment issues

What We're Looking For:

Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with machinery Good attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Basic math and measuring skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable and dependable Willingness to work overtime on Fridays when needed
