What You'll Do:
Set up and operate press machines according to production requirements Load materials and ensure proper alignment for accurate production Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Perform basic machine maintenance and report any equipment issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience operating press machines or similar manufacturing equipment preferred Ability to read and follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude Basic math and measuring skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work overtime on Fridays as needed
