with thousands of free upskilling courses The Lead Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation ofplex automated assembly machines. Ensure the continued operation of assembly machines through interpretation of and appropriate response to machine faults and performplex, repetitive tasks associated with machine operation. Ensure that medical devices are assembled with the highest quality possible.
Requirements:
Perform all functions of all Operator levels. Coordinate tech services, forms specifications, changes and qualifications. Ensure efficient shift hand-off andmunication. Serve as Operator representative for special quality and engineering projects. Ensure efficient scheduling to meet production requirements. Interface with multiple functional departments within thepany. Promote and support 5S standards; participate in further standards development and implementation. Serve as a resource to Operators in area; modelpany values and support strategic initiatives. This position is required to assurepliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices andpany documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site). Engage others, promote and participate in Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement. Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Educational Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma, or GED 8 to 10 years of manufacturing experience Technical Certificate with 5 to 7 years of experience; or Associate's Degree with 3 to 5 years of experience. Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role in manufacturing is preferred. This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch. Pay Details:
