- Setting up SMT machines according to job specifications and ensuring smooth operation of the SMT assembly line.
- Performing meticulous PCB inspection, including visual and automated checks for proper component placement and soldering quality.
- Monitoring and maintaining machinery and equipment, making real-time adjustments to meet quality and production targets. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 1 year of experience in SMT, with familiarity in SMT machine operation; Mirtec AOI experience with Juki is a plus.
- Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Are computer literate and can read and interpret shop floor paperwork, assembly drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs).
