Immediate Opening No Weekends A leading aerospace manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented Aerospace Masker to join its production team in South Windsor, CT. This is a great opportunity for candidates with aerospace or manufacturing experience who take pride in precision work and quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Mask metallic and non-metallic parts using tapes, foils, plugs, screws, and other masking materials Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications to determine masking requirements Handle customer parts and materials safely and accurately Follow industry standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements Manage workload efficiently to meet production deadlines Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Support production operations as needed in a team-oriented environment Qualifications Previous masking experience in aerospace or manufacturing required Ability to read and interpret blueprints required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent hand-eye coordination and precision skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements Flexibility to work overtime as needed Supervisory experience is a plus Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, and crouching Repetitive use of hands and wrists Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
