This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

$21.00-$23.10 per hour 1st

Shift:

$21.00/hour | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

$23.10/hour | Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment, including cold heading, roll threading, and pointing machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
• Select, install, and adjust machine tooling to meet production requirements.
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, lubrication, and preventative inspections.
• Adjust machine settings, speeds, and feed rates as necessary.
• Assist with packaging, stacking, and transporting finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals. Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience with cold heading, threading, or pointing equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand manufacturing specifications.
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn. Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with elevated noise levels.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive tasks as needed.

Pay Details:
