Our growing wood plastic composite manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and motivated Extruder Operator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to advance their career and take on a leadership role within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor extruder machines to produce high-quality wood plastic composite products
• Set up, adjust, and optimize extruder parameters to meet production goals and quality standards
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on extruder equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures
• Manage raw materials supply delivery
• Supervise shipment of products to customers
• Train and mentor junior extruder operators
• Collaborate with production team members and management to improve processes and efficiency
• Assist in the development and implementation of new production strategies
• Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an extruder operator, preferably in wood plastic composite manufacturing
• Strong understanding of extruder machines, processes, and materials Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications Proficient in using computer-based control systems and software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
