$19-$20 an hour Job Description We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators / General Production Workers to support high-volume manufacturing of plastic components. This role involves operating machinery, performing repetitive tasks, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. Ideal candidates will have prior manufacturing experience and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery to produce plastic parts in high volume. Perform repetitive tasks such as loading materials, trimming, assembling, and packaging products. Inspect parts for quality, ensuring they meet specifications and standards. Utilize basic measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, gauges) to support quality control processes as needed. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors. Meet daily production and efficiency targets. Assist with basic machine setup and changeovers as needed.

Communication Skills:
