We specialize in producing high-quality melamine parts for custom closet systems and distribute materials wholesale to vendors. This is a full-time, on-site position at our facility in Apopka, Florida. The work schedule Mon.
  • Friday we have two shifts 1st shift 7am
  • 3:45pm, 2nd Shift 11:45 a.m.
  • 8:30p.
m. (EST). What We Offer Paid time off Six (6) paid Federal Holidays Retirement plan options (eligible after 3 months of employment) Hands-on training and opportunities to grow with the company What You'll Do Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently Load and unload materials in the production area (up to 50 lbs) Measure and cut materials accurately using standard and metric systems Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace Support other production tasks as needed to meet team goals Follow all operational procedures and quality standards What We're Looking For A positive attitude, dependability, and strong work ethic Basic understanding of production machinery or willingness to learn (we train the right person!) Comfort with math and measurements (standard & metric systems) Ability to read, write, and speak English (Spanish a plus) Reliable transportation and punctuality High School Diploma or GED required Bonus Skills (Not Required) Experience with computer-based machine controls Mechanical aptitude or prior factory experience Roomy Design Organizers is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
