We are hiring for immediate openings for Machine Operators and Brazers at a manufacturing company in Chipley, FL. Pay starts at $16.00 per hour and we have 2nd shift openings!

Responsibilities:

Braze components together using torches and other equipment to join copper, brass, or other metal parts Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work orders to determine the layout and assembly of ductwork Solder joints and connections to ensure a secure and leak-free fit Inspection of finished goods Ensure the quality of the product meets the production specification detailed by work instructions Set up machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order Perform testing procedures to ensure that machines work optimally during the production procedures Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift

Qualifications:

Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting 40lbs+, and standing for extended periods of time High school diploma and prior experience is preferred Personnel Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer #IND
