Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of manufacturing and a commitment to quality and safety standards. We are seeking someone who has manufacturing/ machine operation experience. You will be operating trim coil machines. While direct experience is a plus, it is not required! We offer onsite cross training on our machines.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 4pm-2:30am Overtime offered based on production needs.

Responsibilities :

Set up and operate machinery to precisely trim excess material. Check and verify proper materials for the work order. Assist with loading material on and off the machine. Ensuring consistent quality by monitoring the machine. Performing quality checks on all finished products. Adhering to safety protocols and production standards. Notify a supervisor immediately of any damages, or failed inspections. Operate forklift to pull materials for operation, or distribute finished products. Skills Competence in machine operation and manufacturing principles. Proficient in basic math skills and measuring devices for measurements. Experience in quality inspection techniques to ensure product integrity. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. At least 1 year of Forklift experience. Ability to stand for majority of shift, bend, push, pull, twist, overhead lift up to 50 lbs. in a non climate controlled environment.

Pay rate:

$18.00 per hour. Weekly pay. Employees can receive an additional dollar increase after 3 month probationary period term, and we offer full benefits package!
