We're looking for an experienced Bindery Operator to join our production team and play an important role in producing high-quality printed products for our customers. If you have strong mechanical skills, take pride in your work, and enjoy working with commercial bindery equipment in a fast-paced production environment, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing Folding:

Set up and operate 30" full-size MBO large-format folding equipment, including stacking, automatic counting, and inline paper banding systems.

Saddle Stitching:

Set up and operate 8-pocket saddle-stitching equipment while maintaining production and quality standards.

Cutting:

Safely operate Polar paper cutting equipment.

Mailing Equipment:

Experience with mailing equipment is not required, but it is a strong plus. We operate Kirk Rudy mailing lines.

Equipment Setup & Maintenance:

Make routine adjustments, troubleshoot equipment, and perform minor repairs to keep production moving efficiently.

Job Tracking:

Review electronic job specifications, organize daily production assignments, and accurately enter job information into our shop-floor computer system. What We're Looking For Previous hands-on bindery experience in a high-volume commercial printing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and an understanding of commercial bindery equipment Ability to make machine adjustments and troubleshoot mechanical issues Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs.
