CAM Drive Operator

We are seeking an experienced operator to join our production team. This position requires hands-on experience operating CAM-driven equipment. The selected candidate will train on first shift and transition to second shift once fully trained. Responsibilities Set up and operate CAM-driven machines Monitor machine performance and make mechanical adjustments as needed Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain production standards and meet daily output goals Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting Follow all safety and quality procedures Requirements Prior experience operating CAM-driven machinery (Euroturn or similar) Mechanical aptitude and ability to make machine adjustments Ability to read work instructions and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Willingness to train on 1st shift and move to 2nd shift Preferred Manufacturing or precision production experience Experience in high-volume production environments Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
