2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:00 AM We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Plating Parts Operator to join a busy manufacturing team in Clearwater. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and is comfortable working around production equipment and plating processes. What You'll Do Operate rack and barrel plating equipment to coat parts according to work orders and quality standards. Prepare parts for processing by cleaning, rinsing, masking, loading, and positioning materials correctly. Monitor plating lines, machine settings, solution conditions, temperatures, and processing times throughout the shift. Inspect finished parts for proper coverage, appearance, quality, and defects before moving them to the next step. Load, unload, and safely move materials through the production area while maintaining good housekeeping practices. Complete basic equipment checks, identify issues, and communicate production or quality concerns to the team. Follow safety procedures for chemical handling, PPE, waste control, and workplace cleanliness. Maintain accurate production records, process logs, and quality documentation. Ideal Candidate Self-Starter & Quick Study! Reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Detail-oriented with the ability to follow written instructions, work orders, and quality procedures. Previous manufacturing, plating, machine operation, or production experience is helpful. Able to stand for extended periods and handle parts/materials throughout the shift.
