Medical Assistant/Basic X-ray Machine Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Medical Assistant with a Basic X-ray Machine Operator license to support our orthopedic physicians with patient care, clinical procedures, and efficient clinic flow. This role is fast‑paced, hands‑on, and essential to delivering excellent patient care. Your expertise will contribute to efficient clinical workflows, ensuring patients receive timely and quality care in a fast-paced environment. Duties Room patients, take vitals, complete histories, and document in EMR Maintain smooth patient flow and assist physicians with procedures Remove/apply casts and splints; remove sutures/staples Draw up/administer injections under protocols; perform phlebotomy Order x‑rays per protocol and prepare surgical packets Fit DME and provide patient instructions Manage patient phone calls and document all communication Clean/stock exam rooms and sterilize instruments Operate basic X-ray equipment safely and accurately following aseptic techniques and radiation safety protocols Conduct diagnostic evaluations by capturing high-quality images for interpretation by physicians Qualifications 2+ years medical experience (clinic or hospital) is a plus but
