Machine Operator - GMP Environment 3rd Shift | $20-$25/hr + Overtime 💼 Job Summary Our client is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to support bakery production on 3rd shift in a GMP‑regulated environment . This hands‑on role involves operating and monitoring industrial equipment to ensure safe, high‑quality, and consistent production in a fast‑paced, hot manufacturing setting . Shift:

6:00 PM - 6:00

AM Pay Rate:

$20-$25/hour (based on experience)

Overtime Available:

Yes (5-15 hours/week based on production needs) 🔧 Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor production and mixing equipment in a GMP environment Accurately calculate, weigh, and load raw materials per batch instructions Enter and adjust HMI programs to ensure proper batch processing and cooking Monitor product quality and machine performance, making operator‑level adjustments Troubleshoot basic machine issues and escalate mechanical problems to maintenance Perform routine operator maintenance including cleaning and inspections Complete all required production and GMP documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and food‑safe work area Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams ✅

REQUIRED
