Role Overview Shift:
Monday•Friday, 2:00 PM•10:30 PM EST (Includes two 30-min lunch breaks)
Training Schedule:
First 2-3 days run 8:00 AM•4:30 PM EST before transitioning to the 2nd shift
Duration:
6 months (temp-to-perm potential based on performance and openings)
Pay Rate:
$25.30/hr Core Responsibilities Assemble, operate, disassemble, and clean pharmaceutical tablet manufacturing equipment. Conduct batch record reconciliation, in-process testing, and quality monitoring per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP/FDA guidelines. Perform equipment changeovers, prepare solutions, and troubleshoot basic processing issues. Maintain complete and accurate production logbooks and batch documentation.
Key Requirements & Skills Education & Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required; 0-1+ years of manufacturing experience (pharmaceutical environment preferred).
Skills:
Fluent in English; strong mechanical aptitude; proficiency in following SOPs and strict safety regulations.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, perform routine physical labor (standing, bending, reaching), and climb ladders/lifts up to 15 ft 2-3 times per week. Willingness to wear a respirator if required. Required Pre-Employment Screenings Basic Background Check & 11-Panel Drug Screen (with Fentanyl).
