Job Description

Currently seeking Bench Technicians with hydraulic and or pneumatic component repair experience. Company will train . Job Description Precision Airparts Support Services is looking for Bench Technicians with hydraulic and or pneumatic component repair experience , to join our team at Green Cove Springs, Florida.
Position Overview:
Performs disassembly and evaluation, component testing, complete component reassembly, lock wiring, parts cleaning, training supervision. Experience/Knowledge High school diploma or equivalent. Aerospace/Aviation background preferred. Lock wire/safety wire experience required. 3+ years of experience in hydraulic and or pneumatic assembly and testing. Skills/Abilities Ability to read and speak English. Reliable form of transportation. Must be able to legally work in the U.S. Ability to read blue prints and schematics. Flexibility to work overtime if needed. Job Functions Perform precision disassembly and assembly, and complete test operations on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical valves, actuator and systems. Follow and complete process documentation. Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, including transducers, oscilloscopes, test boxes, virtual instruments, calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, etc, to obtain proper build requirements. Reject and report discrepant materials. Diagnose test failures and performs necessary rework in order that the unit will pass test requirements. Maintains dimensional accuracy on assembly through the use of torque wrenches, fixtures, tooling and gauging. Works from assembly drawings, worksheets, cmm's, repair maintenance manuals, part lists, test specifications, and other instructions, both written and oral. Work in a timely manner to ensure customer needs are fulfilled and production deadlines and goals are met. Able to perform root cause analysis and fault isolation. Work with minimal supervision. Clean components to required cleanliness levels. Complies with PASS Inc. Standard policies and procedures. Ability to assist less experienced technicians and willing to cross train with others. Employees are expected to perform any duties reasonably assigned by management, regardless of their specific position. PASS is a Drug Free Workplace, Pre-employment Drug Screening is required.
