HOLZ-HER

edgebander and support the production of precision, high-quality cabinetry. This role is critical to maintaining our standards in finish quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Operate and maintain edge banding machinery (HOLZ-HER or similar) Apply edge banding with precision and consistency Adjust machine settings for different materials and thicknesses Inspect finished panels for quality (adhesion, alignment, finish) Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance Work closely with the shop team to meet production deadlines Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements Experience operating an edgebander (HOLZ-HER experience preferred) Strong understanding of cabinet manufacturing processes Ability to read shop drawings and cut lists Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Preferred Experience with high-end/custom cabinetry Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Why Join FSM Work on high-end, design-driven projects Modern, well-equipped shop Stable pipeline of work Opportunity to grow with a boutique brand How to Apply Please apply through Indeed or send your resume to: hr@fatto-su-misura.com
