We are a custom trophy manufacturing company specializing inCUSTOM MADE AWARDS
for sports and corporate events. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on operator to join our production team and take ownership of our laser cutting machines. This is a physical, active role — you will be on your feet all day in a fast-paced shop environment, handling real responsibility in machine operation and product quality.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate industrial laser cutting machines to cut and engrave different kind of materials
- Set up files in CorelDRAW and prepare designs for production runs
- Assemble, clean, and pack finished trophy products to quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the shift
- Handle and move raw materials and finished products (lifting required)
- Follow production schedules and maintain output accuracy and consistency
REQUIREMENTS
- Working knowledge of CorelDRAW — must be comfortable preparing and editing files (REQUIRED, no exceptions)
- Comfortable using a computer for file management and machine software
- Physically active — able to stand, move, and lift materials throughout the full shift
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing clean, consistent, quality work
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic — punctuality is critical in production
- Genuine interest in design and craftsmanship
- Willingness to learn machine operation and grow into a skilled production role
- Ability to follow instructions and work within a small team
