Perform machine adjustments and basic programming as needed to ensure accurate bends and product quality.
Inspect finished products to verify dimensions, appearance, and compliance with company standards.
Safely load, unload, and stage raw materials and finished products using a forklift.
Transport coils, sheets, and trim materials throughout the production area.
Monitor machine performance and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety policies.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and daily equipment inspections.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Follow all OSHA, company safety, and quality procedures at all times.
Assist with inventory control and material tracking when necessary.
Complete production documentation and quality check records accurately.
Qualifications1 year of experience - understands and competent in all aspects of safe & efficient operationIncludes all line equipment, processes, and proceduresDetail and Quality OrientedVerifiable Dependability and EnergeticGood Communication SkillsBasic Computer Skills (Email, Internet, Excel, Word)Requires experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, and nail gunsAble to read a tape measure and other measuring devicesAbility to lift up to 25 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waistForklift a plus - Must be trainableFlexible with working overtime and weekends when needed
Job DescriptionJOB DETAILSPay Rate:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hourShift:
7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Overtime as requiredDuties and ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret work orders, blueprints, production schedules, and measuring specifications.Perform machine adjustments and basic programming as needed to ensure accurate bends and product quality.
