Temp to Hire Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Multi-Process Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring multiple production processes across various departments, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to quality standards. Your expertise will help optimize manufacturing efficiency, maintain safety protocols, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving are essential for success. Responsibilities Works under the general direction of the Production Supervisor and daily direction of a Multi-process Cell Leader with limited supervision. Performs multiple fabrication tasks in assigned team, project or functional area. Tasks will be performed within full-scale production manufacturing operation and will include tasks such as routine and repetitive fabrication, mechanical assembly, and quality assurance processes following established methods, policies and procedures. Performs various tasks with limited complexity involving familiarity and use of equipment such as general and electric hand tools and precision measuring instruments. Works from production schedules, work orders, drawings, blueprints and written or verbal instructions. Maintains a high degree of accuracy and integrity while working to close tolerance levels of +

•.010 to .030. Participates in cell or fabrication projects and assists with process improvement methods, solutions and procedures to enhance program quality, cost and scheduling.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Required 3 months of related experience required Aerospace sheet metal fabrication experience strongly preferred Use of addition, subtraction, multiplication and the division of numbers including decimals and fractions Use of adjustable measuring instruments, calipers, protractors, scale, etc. is strongly preferred. Use of any of the following machines: Trumpf brake, Versun press, Komo Router, HAAS, Hot Joggle strongly preferred.

Up to $21.25 per hour
