Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Job Summary Printeez LLC is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our growing production team. In this role, you'll operate commercial embroidery equipment, prepare garments for production, monitor quality, and help ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule. As our company continues to grow, you'll also have opportunities to cross-train on other production technologies including DTG printing, DTF printing, fulfillment operations, and production leadership. Responsibilities Operate commercial embroidery machines Hoop garments accurately and efficiently Load embroidery files and verify production settings Monitor machine performance throughout production Replace threads and resolve minor thread breaks Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning Inspect finished garments for quality and accuracy Ensure production meets daily quality and productivity goals Keep workstations organized and clean Follow all company safety procedures Assist with other production tasks as needed Qualifications 1+ year of commercial embroidery experience Experience operating ZSK, Tajima, Barudan, Brother, Happy or similar embroidery equipment Strong attention to detail Mechanical aptitude Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Experience in garment decoration or apparel production is considered an asset.
