5 years of set up experience on vertical CNC mills with 4th axis rotation capability preferably Haas mills. Proficient in the use of measuring equipment. Coach and lead mill operators on proper machine shop practices. Ability to build new tooling and fixtures, without supervision. Able to detect any issues in machines and make minor adjustments when necessary. Strong work ethic and punctuality. Edit CNC machine manually at the controller. A strong understanding of Numerical Control (G-Codes). Must be willing to run production as well as doing setups. Possess working knowledge of cutting tools including speeds and feed. Ability to read blueprints. Mechanical aptitude and a strong attention to detail. Able to comply with company policy and procedures, including safety, quality, and attendance. Must be able to stand for long periods and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Have strong understanding and knowledge of all equipment and machinery. AS 9100 awareness and adherence.

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
