The Role We're hiring experienced and trainable King Kone machine operators to run our pre-roll rolling stations. The King Kone is a 169-cone vertical-bounce filling machine that puts out 1,200-2,200 pre-rolls per hour. You'll set up, calibrate density, load, tamp, twist, and verify quality on every batch. This station feeds every downstream packaging line — when you hit pace, the whole floor flows. What You'll Do Set up and operate King Kone (and similar) cone-filling machines using 109mm HARA King Size II cones (and 84mm/98mm as needed) Load the top tray with empty cones; weigh, grind, and load ground hemp flower per work order spec Adjust density control for flower stickiness, humidity, and strain variation Tamp, twist, and finish each batch to MLT pack-density and visual standards Verify cone count and weight on every cycle; flag deviations to the Floor Lead immediately Maintain strain segregation between bins — zero tolerance for cross-contamination Keep the rolling station clean, organized, and stocked so Mylar Fill never waits on you Perform basic preventive maintenance: cleaning, parts inspection, reporting wear issues Document production output, downtime, and quality issues at end of shift Train new operators when assigned Requirements (Must-Haves) Must be 18+ Must be able to pass E-Verify for authorization to work in the U.S. (I-9 & W-4 required) High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Comfortable with the Major League Trees dress code: closed-toe shoes, full-length pants, hairnets, no loose jewelry or strong fragrances on the production floor 1+ year of manufacturing, food production, or assembly-line experience Strong manual dexterity and ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
