•3:00 AM Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Baler Operator to assist with daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating baling equipment, handling recyclable materials, maintaining a clean work area, and following all workplace safety procedures. Responsibilities Operate baling equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures. Collect, sort, and prepare cardboard, plastic, and other designated materials for processing. Feed materials into the baler and organize compressed bales for storage or transport. Move materials throughout the work area using proper material-handling techniques. Inspect equipment for visible issues and report malfunctions or safety concerns to a supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and operating procedures. Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse or baler operating experience preferred, but not required. Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work the required schedule. #FTL
